Keanu Reeves Drives Behind-the-Scenes of Cadillac’s F1 Dream

Hollywood star and longtime motorsport enthusiast Keanu Reeves is steering viewers into the garage in a brand-new documentary series about the historic journey of the Cadillac Formula 1 Team as it prepares to debut in the sport in March 2026.

Produced by Reeves’ own KR+SH Productions in partnership with North One (part of the All3Media group), Reeves will serve as host and executive producer of this exclusive multi-part unscripted series, following his Emmy-winning work on Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story

The series offers a rare fly-on-the-wall glimpse into the ambitious process of building an American F1 team from scratch. Backed by TWG Motorsports and General Motors, Cadillac was formally approved in March 2025 to become the 11th team on the F1 grid, with the series slated to air before their debut race in Melbourne, Australia ﹙March 2026)

Audiences can expect to witness the high-stakes challenges of engineering a car, hiring staff, and even driver selection—all under a tight deadline. The initiative has been likened to a modern-day Apollo Project: 600 team members working across 12 offices globally with a flat, mission-driven organizational approach

In interviews, Reeves said, “I’m very honored and excited to be a part of telling the remarkable Cadillac Formula 1 Team story… Our goal is to bring audiences into the heart of this journey and showcase what it takes to participate in one of the most exclusive sports arenas in the world”

Executives at TWG and GM described the docuseries as “a story of bold ambition and relentless drive,” aimed at bringing F1 closer to a wider American fan base through cinematic storytelling and unprecedented access behind the scenes

The documentary team includes Emmy-winning director Simon Hammerson and three-time BAFTA-winning producer Neil Duncanson, both veterans of the acclaimed Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story project
